Uh! I’m so excited because tomorrow we’re having a wakakirri party! Do you know what wakakirri is? Well if you did not know what wakakirri is, it’s a 6-7 minute story that you tell by dancing and acting. Berwick Lodge has been a part of this experience for a long time. This year many people were doing fairy tales but we were telling the true story about the Hillsborough disaster. The Hillsborough disaster was in 1989 at a soccer match, it was Liverpool vs Nottingham forest. I’m not going to put it into detail but 96 people died. Berwick Lodge got through to the next round of Wakakirri after preforming at Frankston and got to do it at Harmer hall.
It was a great day!
